Store Return & Exchange Policy – Kathleen’s of Donegal

Thank you for shopping with Kathleen’s of Donegal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you either in-store or via email at donegalirishgifts@yahoo.com.

Our policy permits exchanges or store credits within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

For online orders, the same conditions apply. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund for your purchase. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays, damage, misdeliveries, or lost packages caused by the carrier. Unfortunately, this is out of our control & the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier to resolve the issue, including filing any claims or delivery investigations. 

Please be aware that, outside of stock availability, we do not offer refunds.
