STORE POLICY


Thank you for shopping with us at Kathleen’s of Donegal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to help you in store or online. Our policy allows you to receive an option of either exchange or store credit within 30 days from the date made of the purchase. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the product you purchased must be unused, in the original packaging along with the original tags attached. We require the receipt or proof of purchase as well. Any online purchase, has the same policy and you will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping is non-refundable and non-negotiable. In any case your online order is out of stock, we will then issue a full refund on your order.
